Printing to Brady Printers with 3rd Party Software
Any software that can send a print job to an installed Windows printer driver can print to a Brady printer. The printer driver will likely require page size configuration for each label size used. Brady software solves this problem with a parts database containing all Brady label sizes. Label files are created by selecting the appropriate label part number from a list, further configuration is not necessary. Every software provides different tools and methods for configuring page sizing, some more limited than others.
Note: Brady Technical Support can troubleshoot to confirm Brady products are functioning as designed. Assistance with modifying page sizes, customizing files or any related troubleshooting in 3rd party software programs is outside the scope of support Brady Technical Support can offer. Please consult with the software manufacturer for further suggestions and/or assistance with these specific tasks.

Sending Data From 3rd Party SoftwareIf you want just the data from a non-Brady software app such as SAP, SF, LIMS, Crystal Reports, FishBowl; if you can export the data as csv or txt text files, or as an Excel file from that app, you can then import that data into a label designed in Brady software.
