Troubleshoot Common Error Messages on the PR300 / PR600 Plus
Labels are Skipping
This can be because the sensor is not positioned correctly or the labels are less than 0.5" in height when tear off mode is enabled.

Lines in Print
Clean the print head and platen roller: PR Plus Series - Cleaning Instructions.
Ribbon Wrinkle
- Verify the ribbon is installed properly: PR Plus Series - How to Load Ribbons
- Adjust the pressure plungers, as needed.
- Adjust the ribbon deflector.
