Issue

The first few labels print out correctly, the next label set is blank, and the following labels print in the wrong area.

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Confirm Calibration on the printer: i5100 / IP Series - Troubleshooting Calibration Issues.
 
  1. Zero out the Back Feed: Horizontal Void in Print when Using IP and PR Series Printers.
 
  1. Verify the Paper Size is correct in the Driver: Printers and Scanners > Select the IP Printer > Manage > Printer Properties > Preferences > Advanced > Paper Size Properties.

  1. Select the correct Sensor Type on the printer and driver: How to Configure Correct Sensor Settings on IP Series Printers Sensor Settings When Using Raised Panel Media in IP Series and i5100 Printers.
 
  1. Verify the Top Margin Offset is set to zero. Printers and Scanners > Select the IP Printer > Manage > Printer Properties > Preferences > Advanced > Custom Settings Properties > Top Margin Offset.
