Horizontal Void in Print when Using IP and PR Series Printers

Issue
If backfeed is set to smart, you may see a white line on your label. This can be disabled in from the printer display and in the printer driver. This also appears to be a default driver setting in the CodeSoft driver but easily remedied by checking the Backfeed in the Advanced tab.
IP Series Printers
From the LCD display, navigate to the Print Param menu and set backfeed to Always.
PR Series Printers
Go to Devices and Printers > Printer Properties.
From the General Tab you will want to click on Printing Preferences. Go to the Advanced Setup tab and click on Options in the lower right corner. In the Options box check Always under Label Backfeed Mode. Click Close and Ok until out of the printer properties.
CodeSoft (Optional)
If the user is printing from CodeSoft, check the box next to Backfeed in the CodeSoft printer settings (F5).
