Body | Brady Workstation allows activation via phone with Technical Support for end users running Brady Software on PCs without internet access or whose firewalls, proxy or cybersecurity settings prevent our software from going out to our software license server in the background.
IT can whitelist our software updates which allow the ability of Brady Workstation to display Updates Available when they are available and allow the end user to run the updates. This includes the software license servers which allow self-serve license management.
Activate Brady Workstation Apps & Suites by Phone
- Launch the application that is not activated.
- Select Enter License.
- Select Next.
- Contact Brady Technical Support, Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information, and provide your License ID and user codes 1 and 2 generated by Brady Workstation to the representative.
- Enter the Activation Code provided by the representative.
- Select Activate.
