Printer Displays....Potential Error/CauseResolution
"Print Head Is Too Hot"The print head has become too hot.Please wait for print head to cool. This message will exit when printing can continue.
"Print Head Is Too Cold"The print head has become too cold.Please wait. This message will exit when printing can continue.
"Cover Not Closed"The cover is not closed.Close the cover to continue.
"Door Is Open"The label supply door is open.Error: The peeler door is open.

Remedy: 1. Open the wrapper module. Close the peeler door. Close the wrapper module.

Not Dismissable UI until loading door is closed.
"Supply Out"The supply roll is empty or is not loaded correctly.Replace the supply or confirm that the supply is correctly installed. The label notch sensors may need cleaning.
Liner not moving correctly triggering supply out, etc.Clear any labels stuck on the rollers, clean the rollers of any adhesive buildup. Especially note any issues with the rollers in the peeler door.
"Ribbon Out"The ribbon is empty or not loaded correctly.Replace or reload the ribbon
"Invalid Supply"Printer cannot sense the loaded label supply.Confirm that the supply is correctly installed and the smart cell is aligned properly.
"Invalid Ribbon"Printer cannot sense the loaded ribbon.Confirm that the ribbon is correctly installed and the smart cell is aligned properly.
"Supply Empty"The supply indicates that no labels remain.Replace the supply from the Load Supplies screen.
"Ribbon Empty"The smart cell indicates that no ribbon remains.Replace ribbon. If error persists, contact technical support.
"Supply Jam"Supply is jammed at label path.Possible actions: Remove label supply, cut off bent or damaged labels, reload supply. Make sure the supply is seated correctly. Check the label path to see if any parts (rollers, guides, exit chute) need cleaning. See the User's Manual for details.

"Jaw Not in Position"Jaw is not in the ready position.Open the wrapper module. Clear jam in the jaws. Close the wrapper module.
"Failure Loading Supply"Label supply is not loaded correctly.Reload the supply. See User's Manual for details.
Label or liner may be stuck in chuteVerify exit chute is clear of material, and liner moves freely
"Cannot Connect to Network"Network connection failed.Check settings and cable and try again.
"Cannot Connect to Wireless Network"Wireless network connection failed.Check settings and try again.
"Ribbon/Supply Mismatch"Installed ribbon is not recommended for use with the current label supply. Use R-<Parameter> ribbon. R-<Parameter> is recommended for use with installed label supply.Tapping OK to bypass this message may compromise print quality. See: Ribbon and Label Compatibility
"Ribbon/Supply Mismatch"Ribbon and media color are the same.Use ribbon and media which are of different colors for better printing results.
"Supply Not Optimized for Printing"The installed supply is not in the printer's Y & B files."The printer will use default values. For optimal printing results, import new Y & B files. Updated Y & B files can be found at www.bradyid.com.
"Low Memory"Storage space for print jobs is getting low.Delete unneeded print jobs from the Print Jobs screen to free up memory.
"USB Unavailable"External USB is unavailable.Jobs will be stored in the internal memory until USB is plugged-in.
"Y/B File Error"The system could not read the Y/B file.Import a new Y/B file. See User's Manual for details.
"Wrong Supply" This indicates the label part used in the label file does not match what is loaded in the printer.
"Maintenance Required"It's time to do printer maintenance.Inspect and clean tarp. Open the cover and clean any dust. Clean print head. Clean the rollers. Clean label sensors (2 total). Check part lubrication.
"Import Failed"An error occurred while importing print jobs.Make sure the USB flash drive is plugged into the printer. Check the About screen for adequate available memory.
"Script Error Found"An error has occurred with a user-defined programming script.Please correct the script and try again.
"Script Processing Failed"Failed to process the script as printer cannot sense the loaded label supply.Make sure the supply is correctly installed and the smart cell is aligned properly before sending script.
