Troubleshooting
- Try another roll of labels, if possible one with a different lot number.
- Verify the printer has the most recent Printer Label Library version: A6200 - Update the Parts Database.
If the issue persists, contact Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information) and provide the label part number and lot number What Is The Label/Ribbon Part Number and Lot Number?
