Issue

 

The Wrapper Not in Position error displays on the A6200.

 

 

Troubleshooting 

  1. Remove the Wrapper jam.

 

    1. Open the wrapper module by pressing the gray button.

    1. Clear the wrapper jam.

 

    1. Close the wrapper module. 

 

  1. Reload the labels, if needed: A6200 - How to Load Ribbon and Labels.

 

If the issue persists, contact Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information) and provide the serial number of the printer: How to Locate the Serial Number on the A6200.
