Issue

Nothing happens when the wire is placed in the jaws and the jaws will not engage on the A6200.


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Verify the trigger bars are pressed in fully. This initiates printing and wrapping, or just wrapping.

  1. Verify the print job is added to the queue and the job is running. Alternatively, turn the Auto Queue Job setting on so that the jobs are automatically placed in the queue when received via the Settings Menu and Print Queue. 
 
  1. Clean the trigger sensors: A6200 - Clean the Printer.

If you are unable to get the jaws to engage, the printer may need to be repaired. Contact Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information with the serial number of the A6200: How to Locate the Serial Number on the A6200.
