The i7100 displays a "top reflect sensor error".

Resolution

Change the sensor to the appropriate setting and position for your label material: i7100 Sensor Position for Gapped, Sleeve, Notched, and Multiple Column Gapped Material

The sensor setting can be changed in the i7100 touch screen menu by navigating to: Gear Icon > Setup > Labels > Label Sensor > Choose the appropriate label sensor. The Top Reflect sensor setting can be used in some situations where notched material is loaded: i7100 Top Reflect Sensor Setting
