This error occurs in the i7100 Printer Peel Model with Vial Label Applicator.

Cause

The Pinch Roller is down or not fully in the up position.

Resolution
 
  1. Open the Vial Applicator on the front of the printer.

  1. Lift the Pinch Roller up against the Rewind Assist Roller, as shown in the images below.
