The driver is not set to "peel off" modeResolutionI. Confirm the driver is set to "peel off" mode: How to Enable Peel-Off Mode in the i7100 Driver II. Run the teach-in product feature in setup > labeling, it will tell you the error with printer (diameter too small, means you need to adjust the opening width on the printer and LCD screen).
Teach-in product
1. Select Teach-in product. The display shows Step 1/2 Remove tube.
2. Remove the tube from the applicator and select Continue. After a short applicator movement the display shows Step 2/2 Insert tube.
3. Insert a tube and select Continue. After a next applicator movement the display shows Product successfully taught-in. If the result is out of the specification an error message will appear.
4. Select Continue.
