- The vial gets stuck between the transport rollers
- The leading edge of the label folds when applied to the vial
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your vial is within the recommended specifications for the i7100 vial applicator. the vial applicator accepts tubes with a diameter between 0.4" - 0.67" and with a length between 1.5" and 4.1".
- Try using a larger vial to confirm the applicator has been setup correctly: i7100 Vial Label Applicator User Manual
- Adjustments can be made, however labels cannot be reliably applied if the vial is not within the specified dimensions listed above: i7100 With Vial Attachment Does Not Print or Feed Label
