Wraptor Upgrade to A6500
Follow these steps to upgrade the legacy Wraptor to the A6500.
Complete Before Sending in the Wraptor:
- This article includes pricing and warranty information: Can the original Wraptor be upgraded to the new Wraptor A6500?
- Setup a Wraptor Upgrade with Technical Support: Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information and Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Benchtop Printer.
- Backup any files that are saved on the printer. Refer to Wraptor - Copy Internal Files to a USB.
Important: If this step is not done, the files that are on the printer will be erased when the printer is upgraded.
