IssueInvalid Supply or Invalid Ribbon error displays on the LCD. Troubleshooting
- Verify the material is loaded correctly: How to Load Ribbon and Labels into the M611 and How to Load Bulk Materials into the M611.
- Try a different label or ribbon. If available, try a label/ribbon from a different lot number and part number.
- Clean the printer: How to Clean the M611.
- Update the Printer Label Library file: M611 - Update the Printer Label Library.
- If using the M611 Label Printer that has the Authentic A mark above the right side of the LCD screen, Authentic material is required: Portable Printers - Brady Authentic Labels.
