Scroll to the bottom of the Insert list and select Sequence.
Select the type of sequence you would like: Text Box or a type of barcode.
Enter the sequence information.
Type - Select the drop-down to choose sequences created from Numeric, Alphabetic, Alpha Numeric, Hex, Octal or Binary.
Start Value - The beginning value of the sequence.
Last Value - The final value of the sequence.
Label Count - The number of labels that will be printed per the generated iterations of the sequence.
Step - The increment value oft he sequence. For example, if Step = 2, each number will increase by 2.
Select Add second sequence to add another sequence.
Enter the applicable information:
Type - Select the drop-down to choose sequences created from Numeric, Alphabetic, Alpha Numeric, Hex, Octal or Binary.
Start Value - The beginning value of the sequence.
Last Value - The final value of the sequence.
Step - The increment value oft he sequence. For example, if Step = 2, each number will increase by 2.
Advances - This is how the second sequence will work with the first sequence: Independently, Element 1 first or Element 2 first.
If Independently is selected, the sequences will advance at the same time. For example: Sequence 1 is 1 to 10 and Sequence 2 is A to B, the sequence will be 1A, 2B, 3A, 4B, 5A, 6B, 7A, 8B, 9A, 10B for Independently or 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A, 8A, 9A, 10A, 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8B, 9B, 10B for Element 1 first.
Select in the gray area to add the sequence to the label.
Select the yellow circle with the printer icon to print the label.
If you do not have the printer connected and you would like to save the label, select the three dots in the right-hand corner and follow these instructions: Express Labels Mobile - Save a Label File.
