Brady Workstation - When Do I Need to Buy Another License?

Brady Workstation app and suite licensing are lifetime licenses (not subscription based), and can be installed on one PC at a time (one license = 1 user). 

You do not need to buy a license if:
 

• The new printer you're purchasing already comes with a license: Does My Brady Printer Come with Software?
• You only intend to use the free Design & Print Essentials: How to Download & Install the Free Design & Print Essentials Suite for Brady Workstation.
• A license is being transferred from one PC to another (it will not remain on the original PC): Brady Workstation - Transferring App or Suite Licenses
• You're adding additional printers (printing will still occur from the same licensed PC)
• You have purchased valid activation info but are receiving an "invalid license" error: Brady Workstation - Invalid License ID or Password error
• You lost your license:

You need to buy a license if:
 

• You need to add additional users (printing simultaneously from multiple PCs).
• You were using older Brady software (Markware, LabelMark) and are upgrading to Brady Workstation.
• You want additional apps and features not included in your suite or app license.
• Your printer did not come with a license, and you want to use Brady Workstation features that require purchasing a license.
• You have been using the Design & Print Essentials and would like to upgrade to the full version of Custom Designer.
