Body | Enterprise and Multi-User Licensing for Brady Workstation At this time, Brady Workstation does not offer enterprise network or server licensing. Can Brady Workstation be Installed on a Server?
Licenses are bound to the local PC, and can only be installed on one PC. Licenses can be transferred to another PC. Only one version of Brady Workstation can be open at a time. Licensing multiple computers requires the purchase of additional licensing.

As of September 2022, all Brady Workstation apps and suites are available for purchase in volume discounts:
- 25% discount when purchasing quantities of 5-14 licenses of the same product.
- 30% discount when purchasing quantities of 15-24 licenses of the same product.
- 35% discount when purchasing quantities of 25+ licenses of the same product.

- Data Automation - Only 1 Data Automation license is required to configure a template and the automation channels. All the others who will be "printing" via data automation will be those who export data from an ERP system to a watch folder or who will save an Excel file as a CSV file into the watch folder. Additional licensing is not required to contribute CSV files to a watch folder. DA will automatically put the data into the designated template fields and print to the designated printer. - Purchase Additional Licensing - if the above options do not provide a solution, additional licensing will need to be purchased for each PC.
