The Self-service portal allows users to recover their Brady Workstation, LabelMark 5 and LabelMark 6 licenses. The portal does not contain licenses for obsolete software products such as MarkWare or LabelMark versions older than LabelMark 5, contact a Brady product specialist to upgrade these obsolete software packages.
 
  1. Go to the Self-Service Portal login.
 
  1. Click Forgot your password.

  1. Select the search by criteria and enter your email address, license ID or invoice number in the Using the value box. Select Find my account Information.

  1. If an account exists, you will receive an email with all of your registered license information. 
If no account exists or you do not receive an email, you can re-register the license to a new account using the steps in this article: Create a New Software Self-Service Portal Account.  
 
Continue to log in
 
  1. Your account login info and license ID's will be sent to the email used to register the account. 

 
  1. Use the login info to access your account. 
Log in to your account
 
  1. Refer to Managing Your Licenses in the Brady Software Self-Service Portal for actions you can perform with your licenses, such as activating to an offline PC, registering new licenses to your account, and deactivating licenses so that you can register them on new computers.
