Issue
The BBP33 will not print.
Troubleshooting
- Power-cycle the printer and restart the software.
- Verify the correct printer and materials are selected in the software.
- If you networked the printer, verify the IP address has not changed: How to Network the BBP33 Printer.
- If using Brady Workstation, verify the printer driver is not installed. If the print driver is installed with Brady Workstation, uninstall the driver: Windows Printer Drivers - Full Driver Removal instruction. If you are not using Brady Workstation, you will need to install the print driver: BBP33 - How to Install the Driver.
- Verify the cutter is not open: BBP30, BBP31, BBP33 - Error 15 or "Unable to print-15".
Important: The BBP33 printer is no longer repaired or supported: Obsolete Brady Printers - No longer supported or repaired.
