Issue
The BBP33, BBP30 or BBP31 gives an error 15, this error may be stated as "Unable to print 15".
Resolution
To resolve this error, close and latch the ribbon cover or move the cutter to an operational position.
Move the cutter into the upgrade position, you should hear an audible click as it snaps into position. Try disengaging and re-engaging the cutter to confirm it is in position.
Close the print head assembly so that it clicks into place.
The BBP30, BBP31 and BBP33 are obsolete and no longer supported: Obsolete Brady Printers - No longer supported or repaired.
