Issue

The ribbon is sticking to or feeding out with the label. 


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Clean the printer: BBP30 / BBP31 / BBP33 / S3100 - How to Clean Your Printer, BBP35 / BBP37 - How to Clean Printer, and BBP85 - How to clean printer.
 
  1. Lower the print energy. Refer to BBP31 / BBP35 / BBP37 / BBP85 / S3100 - Adjust Print Head Energy or i3300 - Print Adjustments - Print Energy, Print Speed, Cut Options, Horizontal and Vertical Offsets.

BBP31 Only: If adjusting the temperature does not fix the problem, please download the latest firmware and follow instructions in Load Firmware Without the LCD Screen on the BBP31.  This issue was corrected in firmware v112 and higher.
