Body | We have seen rare instances where the BMP21-PLUS / M210 will flash the "Max 50 characters" error and display repeated strings of characters ("DDDDDD", "BBBBBBBB" etc).
- Remove all batteries and materials.
- Press and hold power button to remove any residual energy stored in the printer.
- Install compatible batteries for the printer: BMP21 / BMP21-PLUS / BMP21-LAB - Printer doesn't power on (Recommended Batteries).
- Power on the printer.
- Press Function + Clear to clear the information on the LCD screen.
- Verify there are no buttons that are stuck. It can occur where a button is pressed and the button does not release to the original position. This will cause the screen to fill with the letter, number or symbol.
