Labels are jamming in the i3300 printer.


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Clean adhesive buildup out of the internal components of the printer: i3300 - Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance.
 
  1. Make sure the labels are loaded correctly: i3300/S3100/S3000 - Loading Supply Error. Load the end of the labels to the middle of the platen roller or slightly past. 
 
  1. Ensure the yellow media guides are positioned according to the arrows on the guides. These guides contain a sensor that must see material notches to keep calibration. If these are too tight, the printer will have trouble feeding: i3300 - How to Load Labels and Ribbon.
 
  1. Do not engage the wiper arm on die-cut media. 

 
  1. Try another roll of materials. If you experience issues with a specific material, contact Technical Support with the lot number and part number of the materials: What Is The Label/Ribbon Part Number and Lot Number?
