- The M611 does not completely cut through material.
- The M611 displays a "supply jam" error.
- M611 failure to cut through continuous media.
This usually means adhesive buildup has occurred on the media sensors and cutter blade. Tougher materials may dull the cutter over time, such as permasleeves and PTDS materials.Troubleshooting
- Use tweezers to remove the jammed material from the printer. Be careful not to damage the printer.
- Clean and remove the cutter blade: M611 - Replace the Cutter Assembly.

- Update the printer firmware - How to Upgrade the Firmware on the M611.
- Reload the materials: In some instances simply unloading and reloading the label and ribbon supply resolved cutter jam errors: How to Load Ribbon and Labels into the M611.
