Error 22 - Disengage Media Wiper Arm
Issue

Affected Printers
Error 22 is specific to the BBP30, BBP31, BBP33, BBP35, BBP37 and S3700 printers, however the same concept applies to the S3000, S3100 and i3300. The i3300 will display a "supply wiper arm closed" error: i3300 "Supply Wiper Arm Closed" Error.
Cause
Media wiper is engaged but should not be used on this media.
Resolution
Confirm the media is not continuous. Disengage or pull back the media wiper arm to the back of the machine so that is it not on top of the material.
The media wiper should be disengaged underneath the Supply Bridge if you are using two sided material.
Still Not Working?
If this error continues to appear despite disengaging the wiper arm then try completely power cycling the printer (remove power cable for 30 seconds then restore). If the issue continues then contact Brady Technical Support for your region: Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information).
