Error 21 - Media Wiper Printer Error
Issue
The media wiper arm should only be used with continuous media (one long ribbon of material) on the BBP30, BBP31, BBP33, BBP35, BBP37, BBP85, S3100, i3300, i5300 and S3700.
Resolution
Engage the media wiper if using continuous materials.
Do not engage the media wiper arm when die-cut (individually sized) labels are installed in the printer. Open the printer cover and remove or engage the wiper arm depending on the media installed.
If the error persists, this indicates a possible mechanical failure of the printer. Contact Brady Technical Support for your region: Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information).
Important: The BBP30, BBP31 and BBP33 printers are no longer repaired or supported: Obsolete Brady Printers - No longer supported or repaired.
