Issue

 

There is poor print quality on the labels. 

 

Cause

 

  • Ribbon and labels are incompatible.
  • There is dust or adhesive on the printhead. 

 

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Verify the correct ribbon is being used for the label roll: i7500 - Label Materials Guide.

 

  1. Verify the ribbon is not wrinkled.

 

  1. Change the ribbon or label supply.

 

  1. Clean the printhead: i7500 - Clean the Printer.
