Issue

 

There is no print on the label.

 

Cause

 

  • The label or ribbon is not loaded correctly.
  • The ribbon is out.
  • The label and ribbon are not compatible. 

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Reinstall the ribbon cartridge: i7500 - Load Labels and Ribbon

 

  1. Load a new ribbon. 

 

  1. Verify the printer and labels are compatible: i7500 - Label Materials Guide.
