Issue

 

The supply shifts when printing frames around the label causing a slight misalignment of the frame.

 

Cause

 

The label guides are not adjusted correctly, producing slack that allows the labels to shift during printing.

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Adjust the label guides so they are snug against the labels: i7500 - Load Labels and Ribbon.

 

  1. To make fine adjustments to the frame: i7500 - Adjust Print Position.
