The following message displays on the printer.
Troubleshooting
- Reload the labels. Refer to Wraptor A6500 - How to load labels video for more information on loading labels.
- Confirm the label part number display on the LCD screen. If the label part number does not display on the LCD screen, the smart-cell may be defective. Contact Technical Support.
- Try another roll of materials: Wraptor A6500 - Material Guide. Confirm the part number matches the type of labels on the label roll.
- Adjust the guide rollers. The labels should be up against the far side of the rollers, where the red arrows are pointing. The guide rings should be snug against the label liner, where the yellow arrows are pointing.
- Make sure the Nip Rollers are engaged.
- Clean the Notch Sensor. Refer to Wraptor A6500 - Cleaning the Notch Sensor to resolve feeding problems.
