Brady only performs testing with Brady-manufactured materials in Brady printers. End users will need to determine which Brady ribbon or label is appropriate for the 3rd party materials or 3rd party printers. We recommend using Brady manufactured materials in Brady manufactured printers.

Important: Brady is unable to guarantee print quality, printer calibration, and longevity of the printed label when using third party materials. End users will need to do additional testing to verify their third-party materials. Testing to confirm printer compatibility with non-Brady materials is beyond the scope of Technical Support.
- Verify the driver has the correct settings. Adjust as necessary.
- Adjust print head and speed, if applicable.
