Internet Connectivity Requirements

This software does not connect to cloud storage, all label files are saved locally on the PC (or to a specified network drive): Brady Workstation - Can I Set A Default Folder Location in the Open Files Menu?

The software does communicate with our activation server if the online activation method is used, however there is also an offline phone activation option, so this software does not require an internet connection for installation, operation or activation: Is internet access required to install or use Brady Workstation?  However, to be alerted of software updates you may need to whitelist Brady Workstation in CrowdStrike, see link in section below.

Server Installation

• What Information Does Brady Workstation Gather About Its Users?

Does Brady Workstation transmit or maintain private personal data?
The only private data transmitted is the company name and contact information entered by the person who registers the software during license activation. That data is encrypted.
