Issue

The Out of labels error message displays on the LCD screen.

Cause

The label supply has run out, it is not fully threaded into the printer, or is improperly installed.

Troubleshooting

Re-install the label supply making sure that the smart cell is properly aligned: M610 - Load Labels and Ribbon.

Try another roll of labels.

Note: Do not swap cores between bulk boxes: BMP61 / M610 / M611 / BMP71 / M710 - Best Practices When Using Bulk Media.

Clean the printer: BMP61 / M610 - Clean the Printer.
