Issue

Labels backfeed when attempting to print using the IP series or i5100 printers. 

Resolution

Make sure Tear Off is turned off in both the Printer menu and Driver:
 
  1. Printer menu: Menu > Setup > Print Parameters >  Tear Off mode > Set to Off.
 
  1. Printer Driver: How to Disable Tear-off Mode in the IP Series and i5100 Driver.
    1. Go to Devices and Printers, right-click on your printer and click on Printer Properties.
    2. In the General tab, click on  Preferences > Advanced, and open the Custom Settings Properties.
    3. Change the Print Mode setting from Tear Off to None. 
Note: If this does not fix the issue, you can adjust the Tear Off mode to Cutter in the driver and save the changes. Go back into the driver and set Tear Off to None.
