Do I Need to Buy a Brady Printer to Use Brady Workstation?
The full Customer Designer app supports printing to 3rd party (non-Brady) printer drivers: Custom Designer Pro - Selecting LAT and JET Label Parts.
What If I'm Using a Different App (GHS, Express Labels, etc)?
While not all Brady Workstation apps support printing to non-Brady printers, many apps can export their label files to Custom Designer: Opening Label Files from Other Workstation Apps in Custom Designer.
Note: We have seen issues with some specific HP printer models - Unable to Print from Brady Workstation to the HP P1102 or HP P1102W Laserjet Printer.
As of the Summer '21 release, Brady Workstation does not support color printing to 3rd party inkjet or laserjet printers.
