While not all Brady Workstation apps support printing to non-Brady printers, many apps can export their label files to Custom Designer: Opening Label Files from Other Workstation Apps in Custom Designer

Note: We have seen issues with some specific HP printer models - Unable to Print from Brady Workstation to the HP P1102 or HP P1102W Laserjet Printer
Note: As of the Summer '21 release, Brady Workstation does not support color printing to 3rd party inkjet or laserjet printers.
