Issue

Brady Workstation does not display the IP series printer in its list of selectable printers. 




Resolution

1. Make sure you have the driver installed, if you do not or are not sure, reference this article: How to Install the IP300/600 Driver

2. Make sure the driver you installed is the correct driver: How to Check the i5100 and IP Series Printer Driver Versions

3. If you have installed the driver from Seagull Scientific, follow these instructions to remove the driver, then install the correct driver linked above: Remove Seagull Scientific Drivers

4. Ensure driver security settings are enabled, otherwise BWS may not see the driver: Printer Drivers - Enable Driver Security Permissions

 
  • Note: If you still do not see the IP printer available in Brady Workstaiton, you may need to restart Brady Workstation or your PC after making these driver changes.
