Add multiple data quickly to labels. 
 
  1. Enter data on the first label. 
 
  1. Press the Label button.

  1. Press the Enter button to Add another Label (blue circle with arrow facing left).

  1. Another label is added. Enter the data for this label. Repeat process as needed. 

To view the prior labels: 
 
  1. Select Function.

  1. Select Function.

  1. Select Print (Multi-Print).
Multi-Print Criteria

Collated: The whole batch will print in order before printing subsequent batches.

Uncollated: All labels will print together.
