Issue

When the BMP41 or BMP51 prints, extra material is fed. This extra material is not represented on the printer LCD display print preview.

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Load another cartridge into the printer. This issue may be isolated to a single cartridge.
 
  1. Clean the printer sensors of any adhesive buildup or label debris: BMP41 - How to clean the print head and platen roller and How to Clean the BMP51.

If the issue continues, the cause of this issue may be mechanical failure.
