Issue
The "Supply is jammed at the label path" error displays on the LCD screen.
Cause
This error can occur because the labels are drifting to the left towards the firewall of the printer or narrow labels, like the Wrap-1, are used with the peel plate.
Troubleshooting
- Clean the printer, especially the sensors: How to Clean the A6500 Printer.

- Make sure the Nip Rollers are engaged.
