Labels jam or fold on the wrapper rather than adhering properly to the wire as shown in following picture. Labels may also wrap around the roller, causing further jams.
The printer rollers may be dirty or contaminated with adhesive. Labels may be stuck in the peeler area or to the rollers below the peel plate. Remove the stuck labels and any adhesive residue.
The tarp may be dirty or contaminated with adhesive.
One of the sensors may be dirty.
On the touch screen, tap Load Supplies and then tap Clear Jam. Follow the instructions on the screen to clear the jam.
