The label jams on the flagger.

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Clean the flagger: A5500 - How to Clean the Printer.

 

  1. Check the flagger for wear or rotate 180 degrees or replace if both sides are worn out: A5500 - Replace the Flagger Block Assembly.

 

  1. The flagger may not be level from front to back. Adjust the flagger halves until they are level.
