Issue

 

Out of Labels error displays on the i7500 printer.

Cause

 

There are no labels remaining or the two sided sleeve is too short when side 2 is loaded.

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Load new labels: i7500 - Load Labels and Ribbon.

 

  1. If using two sided sleeves, the second side is too short. When printing two sided labels, the total length of the label strip must meet or exceed 4 inches (10 cm) in order for the end of the strip of labels to cover the label sensor and initiate printing: i7500 - Print Double-Sided Permasleeves.
