Issue

 

The i7500 continues to display a message about the label supply even though I have performed all the corrections provided in the message. 

 

Cause

 

A dirty or obstructed cutter sensor prevents the printer from detecting the leading edge of the label supply.

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Clean the printer: i7500 - Clean the Printer.

 

  1. Verify the printer is loaded correctly: i7500 - Load Labels and Ribbon.
