Issue
Permasleeve, THT-9 and raised panel media feeds continuously even though the printer is calibrated correctly.
Cause
Older versions of the i5100 firmware could misinterpret data on the label RFID tag. This occurs on firmware versions prior to 5.18.
Affected label parts:
- PS- 094, 125 and 187 sleeves
- THT-9
- THTEP-171
Resolution
This was fixed in a September 2018 firmware upgrade (version 5.20).

Additional Information
The fix applies to notched material (sleeves, self lams - labels with printable area followed by clear laminate to wrap around a wire or cable, raised panel labels with the hole in the label or custom label sets) as long as the label roll has the RFID tag that tells the printer (then the software via print driver) which sensor to use.
