Issues/Symptoms
  • The i5100 feeds blank labels without stopping when printing from Bartender. 
  • The i5100 prints some labels, but may intermittently display syntax errors such as "s0,00,00, <?"
Resolution

1. Set the driver default page size from "User" to 4": Start menu > Print Management > i5100-300.

Right click > Set Printing Defaults.

Click Advanced.

Click Properties.

Change Paper Size to 4".

In Bartender: Administrator > Advanced Printer & Driver Setup > i5100-300 > check box for "Ignore page size limits reported by driver".
