Issue
When using the i3300 printer and Brady Workstation's Data Automation, the labels print blank.
Resolution
There was a fix implemented in the i3300 driver. The new driver must be installed and the Data Automation services must be restarted.
- Uninstall the current driver: Windows Printer Drivers - Full Driver Removal instructions.
- Install the new i3300 driver (1.1): i3300 - How to Install the Driver.
- Restart the computer.
Note: If you are unable to restart the computer, follow these instructions to restart the Data Automation service.

- Open Services on the computer.

- Click Brady Data Automation.

- Click the Restart Services button.
