Issue

 

When using the i3300 printer and Brady Workstation's Data Automation, the labels print blank. 

 

Resolution

 

There was a fix implemented in the i3300 driver. The new driver must be installed and the Data Automation services must be restarted.

 

  1. Uninstall the current driver: Windows Printer Drivers - Full Driver Removal instructions.

 

  1. Install the new i3300 driver (1.1): i3300 - How to Install the Driver.

 

  1. Restart the computer.

Note: If you are unable to restart the computer, follow these instructions to restart the Data Automation service. 

 

    1. Open Services on the computer. 

    1. Click Brady Data Automation.

    1. Click the Restart Services button.
