Issue
The i3300 is connected to your PC via network or USB, however Brady Workstation displays "warning - unknown part".
Troubleshooting
1. If you installed a driver for the i3300, remove it. Brady Workstation does not require a driver for this printer, and installing a driver will cause communication interference: Printer Drivers - Full Driver Removal
2. If the printer is networked, try printing over USB. If this error does not occur over USB, then see this article to configure the i3300 for network connectivity with Brady Workstation: How to Network the i3300 in Brady Workstation
3. If you are printing over USB, make sure you select the i3300 with the USB number in brackets from the printer selection dropdown in Brady Workstation.
4. In Brady Workstation's Printers app, if the i3300 driver name is followed by the printer's serial number and has Automatically Found to its right, follow, remove the driver and manually add it using it IP address. It has to be WiFi or Ethernet, it cannot be both. Brady printer "Automatically Found" in Brady Workstation's Network Printers app does not work
Also try using a different USB port (USB ports in docking stations and USB hubs can cause issues, we recommend connecting the printer directly to a USB port on the physical PC).
