Issue

The J1000 driver does not install, however the status monitor installs without issue. Users report that the driver install appears to complete without error, however the driver is not present in Devices and Printers. 

Cause

Norton antivirus software may block installation of Brady's driver without notification. 

Resolution

Completely disable Norton antivirus before running the driver installation. Reach out to your IT if needed. Brady Technical Support cannot disable antivirus software running on an end user's system.
