Issue

The screen freezes, the screen is white or there is an hourglass on the display of the S3700 printer.

Cause

This indicates a user interface error. 


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Reset the printer: S3700 - Reset the Printer.
 
  1. Upgrade the firmware: S3700 - Upgrade the Firmware.

If the issue persists, contact Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information) with the serial number of the S3700: S3700 - Serial Number Location.
